Returns Policy: If we send you the wrong stuff, or there's a problem with it, contact us and we'll arrange to fix it. If you ordered the wrong stuff, let us know, send it back, and we'll refund the purchase price (less shipping, which often was free anyway). Terms of Service: We reserve the right to cancel any order (and refund your money) for any reason at any time. So if a programming error means that box set is available for 23 cents, or a coupon code gets you 10 times the intended discount, you're out of luck.
